Ernie Siefert
Paul Rupsis
Ernest Siefert, Jr., President and Founder.
Ernie
has over 30 years of experience in the custom home construction industry. He
founded Capstone Custom Homes, Inc. in 2000 and serves as its
president. Ernie also has the role of Capstone’s senior
designer. Prior to founding Capstone, Ernie was Vice President and co-founder
of Siefert and Sons, a family company of custom home builders he
co-founded with his father, Ernest G. Siefert Sr., which has operated
in the Village of Winfield since 1978.
Paul Rupsis, Chief Financial Officer
Paul
joined Capstone in early 2007. Prior to joining Capstone, Paul worked for
twenty years in the telecommunications industry for Intel Corporation, Lucent Technologies, and
fastmobile, Inc. Paul holds a Masters of Computer Science degree from
the State University of New York and a Bachelors of Computer Science
degree from the University of Illinois.
